1. The location is best because you can walk to Gyeongpo Beach. 2. The parking lot is spacious. 3. The rooms are large. 4. You can see efforts to manage the overall facilities. 1. The bathroom door and the middle door have a faulty opening direction: you must open the middle door, leave it open, then open the bathroom door, close the middle door from the bathroom, and finally close the bathroom door. 2. The bathroom is wide and clean but feels too spacious and empty; cigarette smoke comes through the vent. 3. The room was clean and spacious, but the strong scent of air freshener made me feel a bit repelled. 4. Overall, the motel that used to be pretty good has been remodeled into a hotel; you might be disappointed if you expect a typical hotel, but if you’re satisfied with clean, decent motel rooms and bathrooms, and appreciate the remodel that gives a hotel‑like corridor and overall ambiance, it could be a good choice.

The hotel sits right in front of the sea, which I liked. The facilities were clean, but the price was terrible during the peak season, so I couldn't complain much; if I had visited off‑season, I would have been more satisfied.

I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were, always available, and the rooms were spacious and modern; the beach is just a 2‑minute walk away and many restaurants and cafés are nearby.
