Nice accommodation with a good location.
“Tolle Stadt mit gutem Hotel mit wenig Abstrichen…. zum Empfehlen.”
Very good and quiet location. Short walk to the old town. The rooms were clean and well‑maintained. The booking process with the contact person/hotel was top and very diligent. The parking situation around the accommodation is a disaster. The public parking lots are full and occupied, and if a spot is available, it costs €1.50 per hour continuously—no daily flat rate. That’s €36 for 24 hours. Photos on Booking don’t match the actual room sizes (taken with a wide‑angle lens). The bathroom (shower with toilet) is very minimalistic. The washbasin is separate outside the bathroom.

Just a few steps from Split city centre, comfortable accommodation, attentive staff. Very well‑fitted, double‑glazed acoustic windows are very effective. It’s not an apartment but just a room, not very spacious for three people.

The host was very responsive and helpful, giving great recommendations for places to eat. The location was excellent for seeing the town. The noise from the street was pretty bad in the early and late hours; just need to close the window!
Everything was close by; you could reach everything on foot. Upon arrival the bathroom was dirty and smelled. There were foreign hairs in the shower. The description said there was a whirlpool bathtub, but there wasn’t. When I wrote my complaints to the manager, he said there was no “dirt,” just wear and tear. I travel a lot and have never felt so uncomfortable. He said the shower had a steam‑bath function, but the water outlets were so dirty it would be health‑hazardous to inhale that. The most annoying thing is the manager’s lack of insight. It would be a nice room if they just looked closely.
