We stepped into a suite right away, thanks to an upgrade, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing else to add.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast had good options. I’ll be honest, I felt a little misled by the hotel being named a Best Western. The room itself was decent and very spacious for my family of four, but the remodel definitely looked like it was done in a hurry. The room had that “redone by a toddler” kind of feel, and the beds were ROCK hard. That being said, there were definitely some positives. The water pressure was great, the air conditioner worked well, and the parking situation was easy. We had no trouble getting in and out of the parking lot, which was a huge plus. The location was also wonderful and very convenient for everything we wanted to do. The beds took some getting used to, but by the end of the stay, we survived. Overall, this is definitely not the nicest Best Western location I’ve stayed at, but it’s also nowhere near the worst. The location, room size, parking, and basic amenities made up for some of the shortcomings. I would stay at this location again — I’d just know what to expect going in!

I liked that the room was clean and some events were walking distance. I didn't like that my view was of a condo and the hallway was hot
