“Eu já indiquei a outras pessoas”
Clean rooms, comfortable facilities, good breakfast, attentive staff, excellent location, promotes the possibility of walking to several places.
“Perfeita superou as expectativas”
The staff were friendly, the comfort was great, and the location was perfect—everything was just right.
“Bom custo benefício, limpo, arrumado, bom café da manhã e bem localizado.”
Breakfast was tasty, simple, and complete. The location made it easy to reach the historic center’s shops. Everything at the hotel was simple, clean, and functional, and every staff member was always available and courteous.
Very friendly, polite staff, good breakfast and great location. The hotel, on the outside, is pretty nice but the room needs a makeover and maintenance as it’s old, a bit dark because of the film on the windows, the furniture is also dark which makes the room not very pleasant to be in, it lacks comfort – for example, there is no armchair if you want to watch TV sitting and not on the bed.
“Desisti da estadia pois me senti enganada. Péssimo! Perdi meu dinheiro”
Nothing pleased me; the photos on the booking site were misleading. The furniture was broken, the rooms smelled moldy, and there was no basic hygiene equipment.
