Very clean, comfortable, respectful staff.

The staff were friendly and the sheets were clean, but there was a strong sewage odor.

The room was tidy, the staff friendly, the sheets spotless, and parking was available—though you need to book it in advance. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, showering was inconvenient because water leaked onto the floor (no lip), the room and bathroom were tiny, and a noisy road nearby made the room poorly insulated.
