Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was clean, but the hotel isn’t romantic; the pool costs an extra 20€ for men and 10€ for women, and spa facilities are very pricey. We stayed only one night and couldn’t reduce the bill. Breakfast is unclear—no menu or buffet—and a second cup of coffee must be paid separately. Overall, it’s bad and contrary to the usual hospitality and care of hotels, especially at that price.

The hotel has a high standard and is well‑located for a day trip to the airport, but the resort’s pool usage costs an extra 30€. For a “Hotel & Spa Resort” advertised as such, we felt this was excessive; at the room rates, it should either be included or clearly advertised.

The site is amazing, offering pools, sports courts, playgrounds for kids, several great restaurants, and easy, secure parking.

The place is in decline, lacking maintenance and cleanliness. All consumables must be paid immediately and cannot be charged to the room, which is unthinkable for a business traveler who needs to record and report transactions.

A great hotel with a spacious, clean room that offers a lovely mountain view, and the staff were adorable and caring. I recommend it.
