Check‑in was so easy and they made us feel very welcome; when we asked questions, everything was handled very, very, very quickly. The stay met my needs so I didn’t notice anything I didn’t like, so I have no complaints.

The facility was great and comfortable, and I liked the antique element of the lodge. The staff were very slow; a request to the kitchen took about 3 hours to turn around, and our room was never cleaned the next morning—beds still unmade and crockery still dirty.
