“Laundry disaster”
I was pretty upset with the laundry service here. I'd dropped off a brand new shirt and when it came back, there were marks on it. I mentioned it to the staff at checkout and they apologized, saying they'd let the manager know. Not exactly the level of service I'd expect, especially for a brand new item.
“Mostly great, some small issues”
The rooms here were really spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The food in the restaurant was tasty too, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Pitampur. That being said, I was a bit annoyed that the tea and milk powder weren't refilled in the evening, and on my checkout day at 5 am, I had to make do with tea that was basically just hot water.
“Trade-offs”
The staff here were really helpful and managed to solve the problems we had. That being said, the location is pretty remote and the place was dirty - not exactly the best combo.
“Authentic experience”
This place feels like the real deal - you can really sense the heritage.
“Not worth the hassle”
This hotel was a letdown from start to finish. We'd requested airport pickup, but with a small child in tow, we were instead told to take a taxi at 11 pm, and when we called for one, it never showed up. The room was pretty basic - just one hand towel and bath towel for two people, no facial tissues, and we had to ask for disposable slippers. The kitchen closes super early at 10:30 pm, so if you're late, you're out of luck.
