The house was very cozy and the linens were clean, suitable for those who want privacy. It’s a small village with a nearby grocery store for self‑catering. To eat at bars or restaurants you need to go to Chacvi (2.6 km) or Kobuleti (11.7 km). The beach is pebble, but the water entry is convenient. The internet was weak and kept dropping; it’s right on the highway, so car traffic can be noisy and might bother sensitive people, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

The clean, empty beach is a 5‑minute walk away, and there’s a 24‑hour Spar store nearby. The room was clean, had a washing machine and an air‑conditioner. The price‑quality ratio is excellent. We wish the host would sleep more; there are two cottages, and ours was closer to the road, so it was noisier.

The house is far from city bustle, original and cozy. The staircase up is a bit steep but you get used to it quickly. It’s a 3‑minute walk to a long, quiet beach. The hosts are welcoming, there’s a shop and a bus stop nearby, and if you have a car you can visit many beautiful places around. I recommend it! The only downside is the limited amount of dishes.

The location is good, just 200 meters to the sea and a railway crossing. The A‑frame (triangular house) is cozy. On the first floor there’s a kitchen, bathroom, and two sofas; on the second floor a double bed. There’s air‑conditioning, but it gets a bit hot on the second floor in summer. Breakfast isn’t provided. I’d like a more comfortable bathroom—separate shower, shelves for cosmetics, and fewer odors—plus a minimal set of shampoos. On the kitchen I’d appreciate a stock of tea/coffee, salt/sugar, and more dishes at check‑in.

The hosts are very welcoming, the cottage is clean as in the photos, and the sea is a 3‑minute walk away. The beach is quiet and clean.
