Service was first‑class, the room had a minibar that was included in the price, breakfast offered everything in small, elegant portions, Jan was extremely helpful and guided us wonderfully, and the hotel felt personal. However, the hotel was not as central as we had imagined; Brno is quite hilly, so walking from the bus stop to the hotel was sweaty.

The room was modern and nice, but we were given room 1 right next to the kitchen where the machines were blasting from 5:00, and we could hear every flush and shower because of the pipes near our heads; the shower cubicle was moldy.
