When we arrived to check‑in with a confirmed reservation, they told us they were full and didn’t have our booking. We obviously couldn’t stay here. Very disappointing and disconcerting. They turned us away even with a confirmed reservation… they could not find it.

The location and staff were great. The television didn’t work in our room. Staff installed new batteries in the remote but still nothing. I turned the TV on manually but couldn’t access channels. I told staff but no resolution was offered. We went to bed and left. Not impressed that staff weren’t available to fix the issue. I’ve stayed here before and never had problems, so this won’t stop me from staying again. Just think it could have been handled better, maybe with a discount or something.
