The location is great right off the highway, and Marcia was so friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning in the rooms was loud.

“I only stay in motels to sleep and shower. Maybe 6-7 hours for $100 I’d like a workable toilet and shower. Would not rec”

The spot’s location and the front door were fine, but the toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor – every time I sat on it it tipped and wobbled, and there was no hot water for the shower in the morning.

“The owners of this place and the staff are rude, horrible disrespectful,”

We didn’t eat breakfast there and the staff were rude; they threatened to kick us out of our room and I’m determined to get my money back. I have a service dog, and under federal law I’m not required to inform them unless asked, which I did when they told me to leave the property and room. Throwing someone out during a diabetic episode is immoral and unacceptable. The deputy I spoke to was unhappy that I’d only been there half a night and that the dog was alerting me to Royce’s diabetic spell. If I can find a competent attorney, I’ll sue; otherwise I’ll just skip this place and none of the about 15 people who come with me will stay there again.

“Literally Dispicable. Can’t believe Wyndham runs a place like that.”

There was nothing good to say; I regretted choosing this Wyndham. The place was filthy, the AC was noisy and ineffective, and I couldn’t sleep all night. When I called the front desk for help, their answer was to open the door. The property needed a serious scrub. We got there late after a long trip, and we had to wait 15 minutes for any front‑desk staff to show up.
