I liked that there was a hot‑spring tour service and that the two partner inns were shuttled by bus, which was fun. I didn’t think it was the hotel’s fault, but the booking site listed “breakfast included” so I assumed the rate covered a breakfast buffet and was disappointed when the front desk said I had booked a room‑only stay; clearer info would help.
