The room was large, well‑equipped with a fridge and microwave, clean, and quiet. However, it lacked a kettle or coffee maker, and breakfast was almost nonexistent—just a bland muffin.

The front desk lady was incredibly helpful, and this isn’t our first visit—we’ll come back. The price was good, but the windows’ valance and the bedspread need replacing.

The carpet was filthy; the TV remote didn’t work; the bathtub was slippery without a mat or texture; both queen bedspreads had multiple burn holes in a supposedly non‑smoking room; the mini‑fridge didn’t cool even after adjustment; trash from a previous guest lay beside the bed; and the desk chair was broken.
