The location is very good, close to the tram, and the staff are friendly. I feel it deserves only two stars because the rooms lack a refrigerator. There was no second pillow in the entire hotel. Over three nights the cleanliness never even got started. The 11 square metres advertised for the room include the bathroom.

Everything was very enjoyable, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was good. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location was fine. The pillow was horrible and when I asked for extra pillows to ease the discomfort they refused to provide them.

It was very hot, I couldn't lower the AC, there was only one pillow, and we arrived two hours early by train. We weren't checked in and were not given a room until later.

The location is good. The blankets were stained, the housekeeping only came once during a seven‑day stay, there was no air conditioning (broken), and a €50 deposit was required.
