I never found anything good here; the rooms had dead scorpions, food took over three hours to arrive, the sheets never changed, they added an 18% tip fee even though the service was poor, the food was cold and unappetizing, the prices were sky‑high, and the owners treated the staff badly.

Casa Chu surpassed my expectations: the rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated; the atmosphere is relaxed and every detail shows care; the staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help; the value for money is great, and we always look for deals—if you see a voucher, grab it! I’ll definitely return. Initially I wondered if the price could be better, but after seeing the results I realized it was totally worth it. Casa Chu is exceptional: the facilities are impeccable, the vibe is very pleasant, and the dedication is evident in every detail. The final experience was outstanding and highly recommended.

I really liked the gardens, the architecture, and the food was delicious. The suite was incredible, and all the staff provided excellent service. We even spotted many birds we’d never seen before; truly a paradise, highly recommended. Everything was great.

The outdoor jacuzzi was exceptional, a relaxing and intimate experience; I recommend booking the spa for a full unwind. When I used the room jacuzzi and turned on the bubbles, some animals came out of the pipe.
