“Smart, clean, lovely stay”

The room was clean, well equipped, and the hotel’s communal spaces were smart. It was quiet and everything worked as it should. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The only issue was the loud sports broadcasting in every bar and restaurant, with the volume turned up in the otherwise very smart LBK bar. Not everyone wants to hear cricket or football while eating, drinking, or having cocktails. Also, the main beach nearby is a shocker with a lot of construction happening right now—don’t bother with it (as of October 2026).

“Good, would like to visit again.”

The vibe, the food, the beds, and the people were all solid. Everyone on the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel sits right near the train station, making it easy to grab an Uber or auto to anywhere in the city, and the in‑house cab service is also comfortable. When I asked for a half‑day checkout extension because my train was pushed back by four hours, they refused and charged me the full day's rate for the extra time. Since many travelers come to Trivandrum for business, a more flexible policy would be useful.

“Very and comfortable stay”

-excellent and friendly front desk staff - clean and nice rooms - very presentable hotel - me and my wife enjoyed the stay - will be back and recommend to friends. - 0.1% it’s only small complain - need to clean the edges of the bathroom floor

“Very disaappointed and not worth the price”

The location was fine and some staff were good. However, the ambience, room cleanliness, and responsiveness to complaints were lacking, making it not worth the price and feeling worn down.
