I had one of the worst experiences of my life at that hotel; my travel companion and I were extorted through what they called virtual kidnapping, my relatives spoke to the police and the prosecutor’s office, who came to the hotel to ask about us, and the front desk never gave them any explanation; we felt the hotel staff were complicit.
