I think they have a really nice setup. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything is well organised – for example the shuttle to the airport gives the location, and there’s an early breakfast for those with early flights. The bar is always open, and the restaurant closes at 22:00, which is nice.

I found the rooms roomy and the furnishings comfortable, and the facilities were really good. The food was tasty with plenty of options. The location is convenient because a regular bus/coach runs straight to the Gatwick terminals, which was a key reason I chose this place. I've stayed here about three times now and definitely plan to book again. Nothing to complain about.
