This hotel stole my money and I didn’t stay there. My confirmation wasn’t showing when I arrived, so I had to find another place after traveling all day. I ended up booking a room at Holiday Inn and was charged for both rooms.

I found the location convenient, but the TV in my room was broken and I was told I would receive a discount that never materialised even though I had already unpacked and was too tired to move.

Michael was very sweet when he checked me in and helped me find a late‑night restaurant. He was friendly and helpful 🙂 The breakfast was okay but could have been better, though it wasn’t horrible.

Breakfast had a limited selection of meats and the sausage was bland. If you check in for only a couple of hours and leave the room undisturbed, you’re still charged for a full night. I understand half of the cost or prorating, but I don’t get why the hotel charges for a whole night when you don’t need the room. I J S!

The first room they put us in was a bust. They had maintenance issues with the room and it was supposed to be ready for service. When we walked in, there was a very strong oder of a coverup spray and the floor around the A/C unit was soaking wet. The front desk happily moved us to another room which was as expected. Loved their breakfast offerings. Thought the pillows could have been a little better (softer). Also, thought the room layout was good and comfortable
