The service was the biggest problem: cleaning and towel changes never arrived despite a direct request. Breakfast at the bar was low quality and the staff were unfriendly. I wouldn't return and I fully discourage anyone from staying here.

It was an excellent stay. From the start, communication with the owner was very good. The staff were very kind and helpful. The suite sits on the top floor of a hotel near Garibaldi square. It’s quite convenient. The suite is very spacious and includes a Jacuzzi. Breakfast is served at the bar next to the hotel, featuring a Cornetto, biscuits, and coffee or tea. It was a pleasant stay overall, and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
