The location was perfect, with both the station and Himeji Castle just a short walk away, and the shopping street and convenience stores nearby made everything very convenient.

The location was good and the distance to the station was just right, with no further comments.

Being close to the station was a plus. When I asked for a receipt, they told me to request it through the booking system and never provided one.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean and comfortable, thank you. I asked a male employee for directions and he seemed clueless about east, west, north and south, which surprised me.

The hotel is close to the station, easy to navigate, and checkout is a breeze. I didn’t use the bathroom, but I noticed bits of hair left on the floor in a few spots.
