The staff were very, very kind, friendly, flexible, and helpful. Compared to previous stays, the accommodation was wonderfully clean, the beds and rooms comfortable. The center is nearby, and the location makes it far better for rest than staying in the center. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The hotel didn't provide breakfast, which was a bit of a letdown. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working, so it was a bit hot. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a few things could've been better.

The rooms were in great condition and the accommodation was really beautiful - I was impressed! However, I think the hotel should consider extending its operating hours and days to cater to more visitors' needs and preferences. It felt a bit limited.
