The owners were discreet and kind, which made the experience very pleasant.

The house and gardens were beautiful, the pool fabulous, and breakfast in the common room was excellent with coffee available all day; however, the location was a bit far from Martina Franca, and the common room, which locked early in the evening, could use a microwave or cooking facilities so guests aren’t forced to dine out—alternatively, dinner service could be offered.

The location was very quiet yet close to all kinds of services, parking was available for cars, and the owners run a restaurant where we dined and were treated very well; the room amenities could use a small improvement (water, etc.).
