The location is ideal if you’re heading to the airport in the morning; the Boston Harbor views are stunning and the hotel stays surprisingly quiet despite being next to the airport, plus breakfast is excellent.

The views were truly exceptional – a pleasant surprise! The directions to the hotel were a bit confusing for first‑time visitors, but we eventually found our way.

The views are nice, but the lobby offers no comfortable seating or lounge, the restaurant is poor and overpriced, the décor is very spartan, and it falls far short of Hyatt standards – I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

Great location for the Airport & City, free buses to the airport and easy access to the boat into town. Staff very friendly on check in & out. Amazing runway view room (my kind of excitement!!) would definitely stay again if staying in Boston. Nothing!
