While the room was reasonably clean, my experience was marred by a series of unfortunate events, starting with the discovery of a completely unprepared pull-out bed when I checked in late at night. The front desk was unattended, and when I finally managed to get the clerk's attention, she seemed skeptical that I hadn't looked for the missing bedding in the closet. To make matters worse, the bed itself was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were subpar, with only two provided.
