“Decepcionante”

The room and terrace are spacious, and the reception staff are very friendly. The location is very far away. To find a place to eat you have to walk at least 800 m. The beach is not good; the sand is very fine and dirty, and there’s a sewage smell. To use the first row of umbrellas you have to pay an extra fee, something not mentioned in Booking and only told after check‑in. Breakfast is not very varied. The hours are very limited; we tried to have lunch at 14:00 and were told it was already closed. No pool towels are provided.

“Aspettavamo di meglio”

Direct access to the beach, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, and excellent beach, pool, and umbrella management. Compliments to the dining room staff and good kitchen management. The spa was unusable due to closure, and we weren’t informed at booking. The room décor feels a bit dated, the fridge and shower box are faulty, and the spring mattresses have seen better days. The in-room phone doesn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our 10‑day stay. There’s no sound insulation between rooms, so at night you hear the upstairs neighbors’ toilet flushing, the closet drawers, and chairs being moved, plus occasional cleaning noises. The bike rental service is unusable because the bikes are rusty and broken. There’s no entertainment like canoe, kayak, paddle‑board rentals, attractions, or activities for kids and parents. We definitely expected more from a 4‑star Resort & Spa.

The entire accommodation area is beautiful, with a large pool, a private beach with loungers, and clear sea. Both breakfast and dinner are generous, with a wide selection that is replenished daily, including several types of fish and seafood each day. Rooms are cleaned every day, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Around the hotel there are shops and restaurants, and a bus stop right at the entrance that goes to Trapani’s center and to the cable car to Erice. The downside is that outside the hotel the streets are full of filth, garbage, and dead cats—this is just Sicily, not the hotel’s fault. The pool is closed from 13:00 to 15:30 for siesta, which is a pity on a beautiful day. The bar prices are quite high, the pool water is very cold, and there are few loungers around the pool.

The location is perfect with stunning views and is not far from Trapani’s center. The breakfast was varied and the food quality was very good. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The only downside was that there was no kettle in the room, but everything else was fine.

“Fine settimana all'insegna del Relax”

The place sits in an awesome spot, with the sea and the pool just a few meters apart, perfect for a chill holiday. It’s great that the stay includes both a beach spot and the pool. We went with the half‑board option: dinner was a buffet with a wide range of starters, first courses, main dishes, desserts, and fruit. Drinks weren’t included. Breakfast was international, full and varied. Overall we had a very pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable weekend. However, given the quality level and especially the price, I expected rooms that were more polished and modern. The rooms feel a bit dated overall, and the bathroom in particular needs a refresh. For a property of this class, more focus on maintenance and room upkeep would make the experience truly match the price.
