The room and its comfort were good, but everything I mentioned should be improved and not ignored. The breakfast was basically nothing, we found a live cockroach in the mini‑fridge, and we had some dinner issues because of kitchen problems. They could offer a take‑away breakfast for those heading to the volcano.

The building was clean and the air conditioning worked in the room. The room itself was very small with a window that looked into a well; the price was too high for what was offered. Only a few items were ready at breakfast time, and for the rest we had to wait.
