Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were attentive, the food was excellent and varied, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The overall organization was excellent, except for the transfer back to the airport: it arrived half an hour late and we missed the flight deadline. The shower was open with very little privacy.

The whole team had a warm vibe! Chef Vuzi’s refined and varied meals were a treat, Floyd’s service was solid, and Nicky’s kindness and friendliness shone through. The lodge felt very relaxing, the room was spotless and super comfy. It’s cozy and perfectly located.

The wildlife and the dinner around the fire were highlights.

The staff’s kindness and dedication are impressive. The establishment is clean. The room is large and has reversible air conditioning. The dinners and breakfasts are generous. The staff are available and friendly. The organisation of safaris and transport if needed is excellent. It’s a 15‑minute drive from the Big Five reserves! The room décor is very pretty and the house where we dine is lovely. There’s a mini‑reserve without predators around the lodge. The menus are adapted to my diet. Nothing to complain about.
