I drove a car to get here, but it was worth it; the house looked like an old movie set, full of original furniture and curiosities to explore, even a small family church on the grounds. Elisabetta explained the house’s history and made me feel like a guest, not just a customer. The Wi‑Fi worked well and breakfast was nice. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

The place has a unique genius of the location, a great spot for discovering central Apulia. A family atmosphere, excellent breakfasts. Elisabetha and Vittorio are kind and attentive hosts, friendly and willing. Thank you!

Elizabetta was an incredible host and we had a truly lovely stay on their beautiful property. Every morning breakfast was freshly made for everyone, where we met other travelers, learned about the property’s history, discussed the area, and got tips from everyone. Noci is very nice, much more local and less touristy with great food options; we dined there twice. The internet is also very good, we worked remotely and held virtual meetings. Everything was comfortable and I can’t recommend it enough.

The structure is a farmhouse that preserves furnishings, photos, and objects from the times it has gone through. It feels almost like a museum. The breakfast is abundant and with very good products prepared by Elisabetta. Elisabetta and Vittorio are very welcoming and attentive to guests’ needs, providing valuable advice and anecdotes about the area.
