The price is reasonable for travelers who just need a bed, and the walk to the iconic GWK statue and shops is convenient. However, a mini‑bar fridge was missing for the amount I paid, and I had to keep asking for basic items like cutlery and plates even though the rooms had a kitchenette. The worst part was having to pay twice because the front desk claimed they hadn’t received my payment from two weeks earlier, forcing me to pay again upon arrival.

The room size was good and staff were responsive, but the room management was chaotic: the first room’s power outlets didn’t work at all, so I switched rooms, yet the second room leaked water from the bathroom drain onto the floor, and the shower was broken. I couldn’t sleep due to nighttime noise—dogs barking, traffic, doors slamming—making the place intolerable for anyone sensitive to sound.
