The place was very clean and tidy, the restaurant food was amazing, first class, and I can’t find anything to criticize; the staff and owner are always friendly and helpful, and everything seemed fine—looking forward to staying again.

The spot is right by the city center and the view from the room is amazing, plus the room was spotless and the air‑conditioning worked well. The breakfast line was a nightmare – we were the only table, it took forever and the orders were wrong.

Only the manager was unkind; the rest of the staff were sweet and caring. A construction site is next to the hotel, so the noise was constant, there was sand on the balcony and on the pool tables, and I was kept on hold. I wanted a large room with a sea view, but at the last minute it wasn’t available. I had to choose between a family room overlooking a construction pit or a two‑person room with a view of three people. I picked the latter and paid the same price as for the family room, which is twice the size. The photos show two pools, but nowhere does it say that the biggest one is a private pool.

The buffet breakfast is nice and varied, the view of the port from the room is great, and the staff are friendly. You should put a sign on the street because Google Maps stops right behind the corner and the sign isn’t visible!
