We arrived to discover that the hotel bore no resemblance to the description or photos on the platform, and the address listed in the system was wrong, forcing us to spend roughly 2.5 hours searching for it; once we finally got there, the conditions were very disappointing and the staff behaved in an unprofessional and unacceptable manner, so we left both booked rooms immediately without using them and are requesting a full refund for both. Everything else was negative.

I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort levels were top-notch. It's a shame that the rooms didn't have any major issues, because that would've made the stay even better.

The room was big enough to fit our family of four, which was a major plus. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired - the floors were dirty and needed a good sweep. The shower was also a bit of a disaster, with water temperatures that swung wildly from scalding hot to icy cold.

“Wouldn't use this because of the location”

The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful, from the catering team to the housekeeping and reception staff. Unfortunately, the location was a major issue - our room was right on the main street and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise.

“Staff good rooms extra small overall GOOD”

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were ridiculously small. I'm not sure what the hotel was thinking when they designed the rooms, but it was a major disappointment. On the other hand, the staff member Gurpreet Singh was an absolute standout - he went above and beyond to make our stay special.
