“A nice stay.”
Breakfast was great, with plenty of options and free coffee, and the indoor and outdoor pools were nice; free parking was convenient and walking between buildings was easy, especially around the Front Desk and breakfast area. The hotel sits in an industrial zone far from shopping centers and attractions, but aside from that it was well maintained, the rooms were good size, and the value was solid.
“The grand kids gave it a four thumbs up rating!”
An all‑around awesome stay, with no dislikes.
“It was perfect”
The breakfast could have offered more options, but otherwise it was fine.
“If you have allergies skip breakfast and don’t ask staff for anything or you’ll get cussed out or an apology for nothing”
The room was spacious with a full kitchen, but the staff were rude except for Keyonia who was great; the black lady training her seemed annoyed, housekeeping knocked on my door as if I wasn’t supposed to be there, and the white guy who checked me out was clueless. I’m allergic to the breakfast, and the French toast sticks were hard and dry, while the bagels were frozen solid and unappetizing; the front desk mentioned gluten‑free options, but if they exist they should be available.
I liked the location and the fact that the buildings were detached rather than a typical hotel, but the room smelled very moldy and I had to upgrade because the hot water wasn’t working.
