Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
A great hotel with helpful staff who clean the room daily and plenty of nearby restaurants; they have many taxis, buses, and metro options, making it easy to visit sights and a short 20‑minute drive from the airport—no issues at all.

Very central on the Rambla, near activities and many restaurants, a nice room and excellent breakfast; it can be noisy at night (the hotel provides earplugs!), but that’s the price for such a prime location.

The hotel is very cozy, tucked on a small street just around the corner from Rambla, impeccably clean after the renovation, with a wonderful breakfast that left us satisfied.

Everything was as we expected, except the taxi driver didn’t take us to the hotel and dropped us off a bit off‑track.

The location in the gothic quarter was nice. But far too loud to sleep at night. Everyday I tipped the cleaning staff 5 euro, am always friendly and polite. I had a friend visit one morning and asked for an extra towel and one cleaning staff immediately reported her as having stayed overnight when she had not? I was asked to come to reception rudely in a whatsapp message (more to come), to which I did and was very rudely spoken to. This place cost $2000 that week, I've stay across the world and although I was polite, my blood boiled at the young guy trying to tell me I can't have guests then trying to correct himself to say visitors. Then within that day I received a scam message on my whatsapp from "Anna W" from Hotel California asking for my bank card details but that they "won't be charged" it's just for security (already paid for , I've been there 4 nights, different name on their number to Anna W). An obvious scam. The hotel even mentions the exact scam warning in their booking! The issue is the only people who have your number are the workers in the hotel, so it's probably the same guy. The fact they know and let people in the hotel try to scam your number is beyond belief. I would avoid this hotel for your own security
