“I had a wonderful stay at Humus Hostel. The place is very clean and well-maintained.”

I had a wonderful stay at Humus Hostel. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and it truly gives you a “home away from home” feeling. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. The location is perfect—everything is easily reachable on foot, and there are plenty of activities nearby to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

“Perfekter erster Stop in Sri Lanka!”

The hostel is very clean, the location is perfect, you’re a minute from the sea. The staff are super friendly, always there for any questions. Two sports classes are offered each day, and a small fitness area is always available. The kitchen is quite large. We had a family dinner together, which was very good for meeting new people.

Very friendly and kind staff, kitchen big, rooms very clean, good opportunities for socialising if wanted.

The pictures don't capture how beautiful it was, with plenty of thoughtful touches. The staff were wonderful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond for us, and I’m really grateful.

The front desk was very friendly, there was a water dispenser in the common area, the room was spacious, clean, and not on the street, so it was quiet; we slept well. The hostel also had snorkeling gear, and the nearby restaurants and beach were close. We enjoyed a full day’s stay and were satisfied.
