I appreciated the free breakfast buffet, the staff, and the area’s convenience. The mattress in the disability room was awful—so soft it collapses in the middle—and definitely needs replacement. There was no daily room service, so I had to bring dirty towels to housekeeping and pick up clean ones that night. The staff were very nice, but the pool looked dirty and I was hesitant to swim.

The hotel sits close to Willow Grove station, where you can hop on the Airtrain to the airport, and the ride to the property is quick. Everything I needed for a brief business trip was there: the room was spotless, the bathroom roomy, and every item was in top shape. The bed felt very cozy. Breakfast offered a range of teas, coffees, milks, and juices, and each morning a different kind of omelette—simple but tasty. The staff were very friendly, which was a relief after a long journey. If you’re traveling to the area and don’t mind using rideshares because you don’t have a car, I fully recommend this hotel. The only downside is that the surrounding area isn’t very walkable, which surprised me as an international traveler; a heads‑up for future guests.

I know for sure 100% that I left a necklace on the bathroom sink! When I called back to ask them they said nothing was found! I know it’s my bad for forgetting it but I thought there was some decent people left on the world. Very disappointed!

The room was noisy because of the neighbors, making it hard to sleep.
