The hotel is truly huge. However, the furnishings were cheap and the bathroom we used (outside the room) had a shower that was almost unusable because of heavy limescale, and hot water was hard to get. The staff were completely absent; all communication happened via WhatsApp, and when one of the two rooms we occupied ran out of toilet paper, they only responded the next day (we had to buy two rolls ourselves). Breakfast consisted of a pastry and a hot drink. On the first day we asked for oat cappuccinos because someone in our group was allergic, but all cappuccinos were made with cow's milk, so we had to eat breakfast elsewhere to avoid going to the hospital.
