Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were super helpful, the location is excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It would be great to have water bottles placed in the rooms, and it’s fine if the charge for the water is added to the bill.

The location was amazing, right in front of the park, and every hotel employee—from the two receptionists to the great cook and the cleaning lady—was absolutely incredibly nice. I’ve never experienced such a level of service in Romania before. The room was very quiet even though it’s close to the main street and the metro station. Nothing really; the hotel is oldish and a bit expensive but it’s extremely clean and comfy, totally worth it. It looks so much better than in the pictures.

The stay was very pleasant, with a very good breakfast and a friendly, welcoming staff. I had no complaints at all. Everything was very good, and the accommodation met our expectations.

The area is very good, with many cafés and restaurants around, it’s very safe, quiet, and you can find parking on the street. It would be nice to have breakfast on weekends.
