The place had a decent location, but the stairs and the room itself were a problem.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were good, the bed comfortable, and the location great, but there were too many changes at reception, especially at night when the hotel was unstaffed and the lift was out of service, forcing us to use the stairs.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast in a nice room was good, and the parking garage was nearby, but there was no parking at the hotel itself (though we knew that beforehand).
