The staff service is excellent, always attentive and very kind. The value for money seemed quite balanced and, above all, all the hotel processes are super easy. I would definitely come again. Nothing, really, everything was excellent.

We were very happy with our stay! The buffet was excellent, and we also really enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant. The service was wonderful throughout our stay, and the staff was always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were okay and a little outdated, but honestly, that seems to be pretty common with many of the hotels along the coast. The beds were very comfortable, which was a big plus. The AC was just okay and could have been a little better. Housekeeping did a great job, and our room was always nice and clean. The pools were very nice, and we also enjoyed the bars and drinks. Overall, for the price, this hotel was a really nice surprise. We had a great time and were very happy with our stay!. The Italian restaurant was not great

I stayed at a beachfront resort that’s truly magnificent, offering all the usual comforts. They even have a club where drinks are included. The staff were very friendly and the gym was decent with the necessary machines. The food, however, was mediocre; I’d have liked something more elaborate and Dominican. Getting there by car is fine, but without a car it’s hard to reach.

The pool and the lady at the dining area were excellent. The cleaning staff for the room did not bring soap, the napkin was not good, and I did not like some things.
