The location's not bad, but it's not exactly central either

The room was a disaster: dust, an unclean bathroom, a bedbug in room 407, no phone to call room service, and I had to go to reception to order food. The restaurant staff had no smiles and were unprofessional. Walking down the corridor, I smelled pest‑control chemicals—OMG, disgusting. I’ve never seen such a hotel, even after paying Rs 2900++. Don’t go to this hotel or you’ll be disappointed. Thanks.
The bed was broken, they never offered a different room, and the AC was completely non‑functional.
“Not Impressed”
I have to say, the booking process was surprisingly fast, but that's where the positives end. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a letdown - the premises were dirty and had a really unpleasant smell, like something was stinking. The accommodations themselves didn't impress me either, which was a major disappointment. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience.
The furniture was broken, the AC didn't work, and the toilet flush was out of order; the bedside lamp was damaged and the bed sheets were ruined, plus I was overcharged. I want a refund because I was not happy at all 😩. The only other issue was the location.
“Avoid This Place at All Costs”
This place is a total dump. We checked in at midnight, and the room was a nightmare - full of cockroaches and in desperate need of maintenance. The noise from the repair work on the top floor was unbearable, and to make matters worse, the washroom was a disaster. The water was overflowing, and we couldn't even use it to freshen up. It felt like we were staying in an old haunted house, and the whole experience was a huge letdown.
