The staff were kind. It would have been a wonderful place if it weren't so neglected! We booked two rooms for four people. We didn't receive the rooms we had booked. One was the correct room, but the other unfortunately was not. I mentioned that one room was very small, but the manager explained that the layout was deceptive. Towels were not provided, and we were told that because it is a guest house they don't have them. Yet the photos show towels on every bed and listed in the amenities. They barely managed to pull out two towels and another two bathrobes. Cleanliness was poor; even at reception there were clean cobwebs. The carpet in the room was very dirty, a previous guest's trash was still in the bathroom, the toilet seats in both rooms were broken, and the shower was not well sealed, so water constantly leaked during showers. Breakfast started at 9 am, almost 10 am we arrived, but it wasn't ready yet. I asked for cheese, and I still receive it. I've stayed at many places, even cheaper ones, but I've never been this disappointed. It would be nice if the kind manager didn't chat with guests about who had a private chef, but instead fixed the place.

The location is great, that's all I can say! Unfortunately, the courtyard is very neglected and untidy, which gives a ruined vibe even though it could be a beautiful estate. Cleaning also left a mess. It was supposed to be a vineyard, but none of the vines, wine, or wine tasting were offered, so we couldn't understand why it was called a vineyard. The pictures are pretty but reality is not. It was a disappointment for a vineyard that should have been better.

The accommodation did not match the photos on the site. Everywhere there were cobwebs, spiders, overgrown plants, broken children's swings, and we had to sweep and clean ourselves. The air conditioning was a fan. The staff had no communication. We didn't see the breakfast included for all four days; the buffet was closed. The restaurant was awful and overpriced. The wine was warm and the beer was poured from a can into a glass at the counter. The bed was so messed up it could have awakened a dead person.
