Island World Panglao

The price was cheap and the staff were friendly, plus they offered free pickup from downtown Bohol and free shuttle to the airport—overall a satisfying experience. I was traveling solo, leaving early in the morning and returning at night, so I didn’t need an expensive resort, yet it was surprisingly good. I liked that they could drop me off anywhere and pick me up. The pool was about 20 m long, nice for swimming, and the water was always clean thanks to good maintenance. The location is a bit away from the busy downtown, but the free pickup service makes up for it. I had no major inconveniences during my stay. On the last day of my 5‑night stay, while eating ramen in the pool garden, I was bitten by a tick and had to go to a hospital back in Korea. There are ticks outdoors.

The staff were all very friendly and cute, service was great, breakfast and dinner were tasty, and there was a shuttle to a nearby McDonald’s; you can also ask the front desk if they can offer free shuttle. My room had two bathrooms, which was great, but one of the toilets was old and had a smell, though overall the value for money was still high and I highly recommend it.

“Fantástico hotel en Bohol”

Everything literally. The staff, the services, the rooms, breakfast, the pool, the housekeeping, the Wi‑Fi, the food, the transfer to Alona Beach… We would have loved to stay longer, but our trip was moving and we had to switch islands. We also love that Grab works in Bohol, so we could arrange transfers to other places with Grab in addition to the hotel. We booked the two excursions they offer and were very comfortable. Nothing. This accommodation deserves a 10.

“Excellent stay at Island World Panglao”

The staff were the highlight of my stay. They were extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The meal options were great too. I got to try different meals as well. I have nothing bad to say. Lovely reception.
