Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place is clean, the staff friendly, and the rooms are a decent size. It’s in a superb spot, just a short walk to the Università metro. I can hear the rooms next to mine.

The location is great and the pool roof is nice. I didn’t get breakfast included.

I was impressed by the spot in Eixample, close to everything, and the staff were very helpful. The pool was calm, perfect if you want peace. I thought the leisure area could have been livelier, and the room felt a bit cramped. Breakfast stayed the same each day, with no variety, but it was tasty enough for short stays.

The location is good. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom that they couldn’t eliminate even after two attempts.

We had an amazing time at Petit Palace! From the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic, speaking great English and making us feel welcome. The location was just far enough from the bustle to be relaxing, yet close enough to everything we needed. We discovered some fantastic little restaurants tucked into side streets. The pool was the perfect afternoon break, and we enjoyed people‑watching from our balcony. The only downside was that the pool chairs were a bit uncomfortable—just a first‑world problem!
