I absolutely loved my 10‑day stay and will come back! I arrived by train and Angela, the host, was so helpful—she offered to pick me up and drop me off! I was upgraded from a studio to a spacious one‑bedroom apartment on the ground‑level terrace at no extra cost. The amenities were excellent, the place was very peaceful, and the views over the pool and mountains were sensational! I walked from the villa to the supermarket, town, and historic sites every day. The family has a separate villa on site and responds to any issues. Thanks so much, Angela, for your generosity!

“Excellent stay with a stunning view”

The spot is spot on, just a 20‑minute walk to Spoleto’s lovely city centre. The pool feels like a pool with a view, which is great. The apartment is comfy, with good beds and a well‑equipped kitchen. Angela is very friendly and helpful, offering advice and fixing any issue right away. Nothing to complain about.

“Soggiorno piacevole e sereno”

Posizione meravigliosa, accoglienza cordiale, pulizia, vicino al centro abitato ma comunque appartato ed intimo. Struttura non nuovissima, ma ad ogni modo pulita e funzionale. La colazione inclusa indicata, è un "kit" colazione presente in camera. Che va bene, ma magari andrebbe meglio chiarito nell'offerta
