The location is good and the space is fine, but during my stay there was no power most of the time, the staff didn’t greet us, and I was with a baby, making it hard without electricity or support. I asked the management for a solution and got no relocation or compensation. For a daily rate of 950 I expected at least basic comfort.

The location, access to the water park, and room comfort were great, but I absolutely disliked the disrespect shown to guests when five tour buses arrived on Monday morning, making it impossible to have breakfast with so many people in the restaurant; it was a horrible and deplorable experience for the guests.
