Being in the city center and close to amenities was great, and the bed and sheets were comfortable. However, the curtains were too short to block out light, and overall cleanliness was poor, especially in the bathrooms.

I appreciated the room’s style and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The curtain was either missing, half, or broken, covering only half of the 50‑ft window and exposing the room to street lights from night until early morning, with the bed right next to the window. There was a roof leak in the wash area, the shower plug hole was partially blocked and filled with water, the mini‑fridge didn’t work, and the bed was right beside the window.

The hotel had two bathrooms, but it was a crowded spot with pubs nearby, and there was no elevator.
