“Bon Paris!”
We appreciated that the elevator worked and the concierge were friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for my mother who needed emergency surgery and securing our luggage before check‑in. The bathrooms were decent with hot shower water, the beds were cozy, the AC ran smoothly, and the balcony offered a nice view. The fridge and safe were very useful, and housekeeping kept the room tidy and stocked. The location was excellent, with a pizza place, metro, café, and pharmacy nearby. The only downside was that the front door wasn’t open for entry and we had to wait for someone to buzz us in around 4 am, which felt odd for a hotel; we feared being locked out after a long night of partying at a pub crawl.
