The spot is great, right in the middle of everything. The room was nice, but I wish there was an extra lamp—nighttime reading was a bit dim even with all the lights on. The owner was super accommodating and let us in early, so I'll definitely book again.

We were in touch with the host the whole time and he was always helpful. The place is in a fantastic spot and the Transamerica building feels safe. The only downside was the sofa bed—pretty uncomfortable.

The room was spacious enough for my family of four. It was clean, but the wardrobe was cluttered with boxes and a stuck door, and we found toys, brooms, and other stuff tucked under the bed under a sheet. It didn't ruin our single night, but if you stay longer, the wardrobe would be a hassle. Overall the hotel was solid and the staff were great.

The king bed was a highlight, but the kitchenette was missing a trash bin, a spot for a coffee filter, and the electric kettle was broken.
